The kid's clothes weren't good quality at all. The first clue would be that she could feel the rough stitching and different types of cloth as she grabbed the back of her shirt. The second clue would be how easily it tore, leaving the kid flying not quite the way Sae'sha had intended, but landing hard all the same. With part of her shirt in the woman's hands. The missing material made it clear just how skinny and scrawny she was.
Which you know, she would have been able to tell also from how light she was. It was more like throwing a child sized doll than a child.
Wounded, Eianne curled into a ball where she fell, panting, biting her lip so hard it bled in an attempt to not cry out. Morse hated when she yelled or cried. She din't want to get hit. Didn't want Morse to give up on her and abandon her.
