Mal couldn't help but laugh at him speeding up and then crashing down. She was a better person than that these days. Or... at least, she was trying to be. But she couldn't help it. She knew the Isle way was to laugh and kick him while he was down - and rob him blind in the process. The Auradon way was to be concerned and help. Even if he didn't want help.

The Mal way, apparently, was to find it hilarious. Besides, she could heal him if he was badly hurt. So long as he was alive, there was no harm in finding amusement, right?
