Okay. Ew. Cadeyrn's frown deepens, his distaste for the... man across from him deepening immensely at the gesture. Repulsed as he is, he can see the advantages that such a blasé attitude may have in this environment, but-- seriously, that's disgusting. He focuses more onto his companion's words, trying to find a distraction in them even as his nose scrunches in a sneer.

"Julia-- who's Julia Child?" he asks, a brow raising above his thundercloud eyes. He's never heard the name before. None of the notable historical figures that he knows, none of the ever-so-important ancestors- he's drawing a blank. And who would have a last name of "child?" that seems rather ridiculous.
