Honestly, the reaction was continued confusion. While that helped define the strange word, or at least the situation described, Æn'kae was left wondering the precise meaning. Did snogging refer to kissing? Or only romantic kissing? More than that?
He shifted his focus back to the moment. Rather than the word. "Oh uh.... I guess there is a story to that." He didn't need to know the story, so it was a statement rather than a question. It honestly did not much help understand this person.
He rubbed at the back of his neck then. "I have no Conspirators, so I uh, I can't exactly relate." The whole idea was strangely... not even odd to him, though if it had happened after she'd married him then... yeah. But she hadn't specified that. And given her intent to provoke reactions well, he wasn't likely to jump to the extreme conclusions first.
