As far as he is aware judging from his previous experience in meeting ghosts in his world, ghosts don’t often turn invisible all the time unless they want to get very sneaky and stealthy. This is just a very weird dream as he tries to remind himself as he tries to be very friendly to the translucent Xion, hoping to get her trust and let her know that he doesn’t mean to scare her.
